Good

Firm bed and crisp sheets and fluffy towels. Big room. Great location beside BTS. Friendly security guards looking after luggage

Musty smell in room. Shower in bath. Not great for older people climbing into bath.

still here so it must be good!!

I am still here and extending my stay. We have been here before three times over the past 7 years.

They changed around some of the staff at reception from 7 years ago when I was here last and some of them don't speak such good English that could be improved.

Doable and staff try their best with what is available. Suggest reviving dining and massage facility

The convenient florist, manicure /Pedicure, dry cleaning, food nearby, pleasant staff.

Ambient of the room. Can have a new coat of paint. Pest issues. Plumbing/leaks in washroom.

slightly dated hotel convenient for a few days stay away from the very centre of Bangkok

Great size rooms though natural light lacking somewhat due to the small window. The location right on the skytrain is very convenient although there are fewer eateries nearby than in most areas of Bangkok. The rooftop swimming pool is very welcome and never crowded....

The internet was very flaky - surprising OK initially (about 10 MB/s) then very weak (just 0.7 MB/s !) when the initial wifi link randomly become unavailable for the last few days of my stay during which it was only just about strong enough for e-mail but not up- or downloading of any sort. This really needs improving if this hotel advertises itself as a wifi provider. The gym area should either be renovated or else scrapped and cleared out altogether; it has been left open and accessible but in a delapidated unusable state for years now. The consequent impression is of course worse than if there were no gym at all... does the hotel not realise or not care?

Group travelers of 7 Pax.

Group travelers of 7 Pax. A Short 1 night stay in the city, we enjoyed the breakfast and I like it that your cafe staff is all very warm with smiling face greeting us. Room a bit old decor but large size with sofa. Love the view from rooftop pool

Average hotel in good price, but sometimes stuffy inside

everyday cleaning, street food/fruits in entry to hotel, comfy big bed, everyday fresh bottle water was given to room, close to sky train, family mart shop near entry

only one small window in room was possible to open, so it was hard to feel fresh air and was a bit stuffy in room, AC working very loud, small breakfast options to choose, no AC in reception,

Cheap, Good Location and Old Building

The selling point of this hotel is the location as it is literally just a step away from BTS Surasak (Metro). The room is huge and has all the basic things that you need.

The building is old and is need of serious maintenance. The elevator smells bad. The price is cheap so you get what you pay for.

Beds were ok. location near the station Surasak (green line S5)

Bathroom was old and need in repairing. Not comfortable for using (quality=price) It was my fault that I forgot battery charger after checkout, but they did not return it.

This time we only stayed 1 night. And we plan to be back again soon. Loved it.

Location and Price for sure. The proximity to the SkyTrain could not be better. Room size is large and comfortable.

Can't think of anything. We did look at the SkyTrain stairs outside and saw a possible 6-foot extention would bring the walkway right into the hotel (6th floor) :-). But I'm sure that will never come to be. So all I can say is that this place is great for staying close to the city without paying such a premium to do so.

Value for money is very POOR

The location of the hotel is very good with metro access just 4 stations far from the city Square and siam square. WiFi was perfect.

I did not like the hotel itself, it needs more and more renovation, the smell is not good the staff is not friendly and speaks English roughly. I thought that i was in a hostel not a hotel honestly

Nice room but there are other friendlier places in better locations

Room was big and near a train station

There was an electric jug but nowhere to plug it in. staff couldn't help order a metered taxi, only arrange a pre-set (overpriced) cab

Not recommended.

Nothing.

Cockroaches. The hotel porter politely ignored them when we entered the room. Checked out after one night (2 were booked) and told the reception that we don't want to sleep with cockroaches for another night; to which the answer was: "Yes, i know". If you know, please state in the room description: 'Our rooms come with cockroaches'. Positive point: refund for second night night paid without hesitation.
